When you are wondering where you will sleep tonight, where your next meal is coming from or how to keep your car that is also your home running how can you possibly afford healthcare?
Supporting our mission means that you are supporting some of the most vulnerable in our community access free healthcare.
Healthcare needs to be accessable
When you don't have a phone let alone a home.
When you have to ask for help for your next meal or for a jacket to help you keep warm.
When you don't have a drivers licence or any form of ID and cant prove who you are.

Hospitals are not for
Primary Health Care
The only option for many people is to attend the Emergency Department of the closest hospital when they need healthcare. Our Emergency Departments are stretched, Ambulance ramping means delays when an emergency occurs and hospitals are not General Practices. They are not setup or resourced to provide primary healthcare.
You can make a difference
A General Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner is a specialist who looks after an entire person and provides preventative care. Working with a team of health professionals to improve the lives of their patients. We help Vulnerable Tasmanians access healthcare through supporting programs that give free access to healthcare such as Moreton Group Medical Services street medicine program.
